Biocat 1000 or Residue Digester
 Product Description
Biocat 1000 is a liquid biological fermentation product designed to be sprayed on post-harvest residue accelerating decomposition of cellulose and lignin materials such as corn stalks.
 Effect
Accelerates decomposition of cellulose and lignin materials. Stimulates the growth and metabolism of naturally occurring microorganisms that break down organic compounds, such as cellulose, lignin, sugars, starches and proteins.
Benefits
- The natural process of organic decay returns nutrients back to the soil in forms the plants can use.
- Enough stalk residue is left for soil cover, but won't cause problems at planting, even in no-till operations.
- Crop ground can be pastured after sprayed because Residue Digester is a non-toxic product.
- One of the best solutions to control volunteer corn.
Product Sizes
Chandler Foliar comes in 4 sizes, 8 oz for small, residential applications along with 1, 2.5 & 30 gallon sizes for commercial use.
Application
Crops Broadcast application as soon as possible after harvest.
Up to 150 BPA, use 10 oz. per acre, 150 - 180 use 12 oz. per acre.

Lawn
Mix 2 oz (4 Tablespoons) with one gallon of water. Spray anytime you see a build-up of thatch or grass clippings.
Garden
Apply in the fall as soon as the garden is finished producing, the earlier the better. Tillage is not required for the product to work. Also useful for dirt brought in for a new garden. For composting, mix at above rates for each 10 cu. ft. of material to be composted. Apply on a regular basis as needed.
