Garden Size (8 oz, 16 oz) Products

Effective 9/1/08, Linn Biotech offers its Chandler 8 oz and 16 oz products for local pick-up and local delivery only. This is due to recent USPS rulings regarding product classification- along with the high minimum cost of shipping smaller packages through UPS or other similar carriers ($10 minimum charge).

Limited Delivery Area

Linn Biotech only accepts orders from within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders will only be shipped to the buyer's confirmed address.

Linn Biotech does not ship to Military Addresses or P.O. Boxes. 

Shipping Timeframe

For all product sizes less than 30 Gallons, you may anticipate that your order will be delivered in the following timeframes:

• Check Sent by Mail - 3-5 Business Days from the Date Your Check Clears. Checks from Iowa take 3-5 days to clear. For checks from anywhere else in the U.S. may take 7-10 days to clear.

Please allow 1-2 extra days for orders during the month of December. Saturday UPS delivery is not available.

Shipping Carrier Information

• 15 lb Buckets, 1 Gallon jugs and 2.5 Gallon jugs  - UPS Ground with Delivery Confirmation

Items in this category are packaged alone to avoid damage to other products. An online tracking number will be provided to the seller for all UPS shipments. An adult signature will be required from the buyer for all orders over $250.

• 30 Gallon Drums - Freight service, probably UPS freight. 

  The buyer will be contacted to arrange for delivery.

• 8 oz and 16 oz sizes

When ordered exclusively and the total purchase does not exceed $50 will be shipped USPS Parcel Post or USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

When ordered exclusively and the total purchase exceeds $50, or when purchased with larger farm-sized products, 8 and 16 oz size products will be shipped UPS Ground.

Linn Biotech reserves the right to select a different carrier under special circumstances as determined by the seller. The buyer will be notified of such changes prior to shipment.

All prices are F.O.B. Alburnett, Iowa for in-stock items and F.O.B. Erie IL for all items not in stock.

Returns

There are No Returns other than those for replacement of defective product as described in our Limited Warranty.

Insurance

The shipping charges noted above include insurance for loss or damage for all packages that are shipped via UPS. Each UPS domestic package shipment is automatically insured for for loss or damage up to a vaIue of $100.00. For package shipments in excess of $100 value, Linn Biotech will declare and insure the value of the product equal to the purchase price.

You are responsible to inspect your shipment for any damage immediately upon receipt. If there is shipping damage to the product(s) delivered, you must notify Linn Biotech immediately, meaning within the same day as receiving the package. You may be required to provide evidence of damage.

Due to the fact that orders delivered via USPS are for $50.00 or less and exclusively for the smaller garden-sized Chandler products, insurance is not offered nor is it included in the shipping prices above. 

Linn Biotech is not responsible for lost parcels, wrong deliveries or product damage.
